The Rocky Mountain Symphony Orchestra announces auditions for the following positions:

Concertmaster

Principal Cello

Auditions to be held November 22 and 23, 2025 (12-5 pm). Interested applicants are asked to e-mail a resume including name, address, and telephone number and a one paragraph summary of how the applicant anticipates contributing to the success of the RMSO. The application and any questions should be submitted to the RMSO personnel manager prior to October 30 at jonathan@rmso.ca.

Since 2016, the RMSO has played 100 performances in over 20 venues across the Calgary region, pursuing its mission to engage audiences through dynamic orchestral music delivered in unique ways and places. As we enter the RMSO's 10th season, we look forward to continuing a tradition of musicianship, innovation and showcasing local talent and acclaimed guest artists, in a friendly, community-oriented way.
