Since our founding in 2016, the Rocky Mountain Symphony Orchestra (RMSO) has existed to bring world-class symphonic music to smaller communities in the shadows of the Rockies. Our purpose is to enrich lives through music by offering transformative live concert experiences that are accessible, inclusive, and rooted in the unique character of Alberta’s rural and suburban landscapes. The RMSO presents 10–12 family-friendly concerts each year and has reached over 50,000 audience members since its beginning.
