Thank you for supporting the Rocky Mountain Symphony Orchestra (RMSO). By purchasing tickets to an RMSO performance, you agree to the following ticket policies.

Ticket Sales Through RMSO
Tickets for many RMSO performances are sold directly by RMSO through its online ticketing system (Zeffy). The policies below apply to tickets purchased directly from RMSO.

Ticket Sales Through Venue Ticketing Systems
For some performances, tickets may be sold directly through the venue’s own ticketing system or through another authorized ticketing provider.

Tickets purchased through a venue or other ticketing provider are subject to that provider’s ticketing terms, conditions, refund and exchange policies, and applicable fees. These policies may differ from RMSO’s policies.

Any service, processing, facility or other fees charged by the venue or ticketing provider are the responsibility of the ticket purchaser and may be non-refundable.

Please review the applicable ticketing policies and fees before completing your purchase.

Ticket Sales and Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event that an RMSO performance is cancelled and RMSO is unable to provide an alternative performance or other remedy.

RMSO does not provide refunds for changes in personal circumstances, illness, travel difficulties, scheduling conflicts or other reasons that prevent a ticket holder from attending.

All promotions advertised by the RMSO are of limited duration and cannot be applied to previously purchased tickets nor combined with any other promotional offer.

Purchasers of age-restricted tickets must meet the respective age of criteria on the concert date. Identification may be required.

Ticket Exchanges
Subject to availability, tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same concert or production.

Exchange requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original performance by contacting the RMSO box office (boxoffice@rmso.ca).

Exchanges are subject to seat availability and are not guaranteed. Tickets cannot be exchanged after the performance has begun.

Transferring Tickets
If you are unable to attend, you may give your ticket to another person. Please ensure that the recipient has the ticket or order information required for admission.

RMSO is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.

Cancelled or Postponed Performances
If RMSO cancels a performance, ticket holders will be notified and may be offered a choice of a refund, exchange to another RMSO performance, or a credit toward a future RMSO performance.

If a performance is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the rescheduled performance. Where applicable, ticket holders will be contacted regarding available options.

Changes to Artists or Programs
RMSO reserves the right to change performers, conductors, repertoire, programs, venues or performance times when necessary.

Such changes do not normally constitute grounds for a refund or exchange.

Late Arrivals
For the consideration and enjoyment of all patrons, late arrivals may be required to wait outside the performance area until an appropriate break in the performance before being seated.

Lost or Misplaced Tickets
If you have lost or misplaced your tickets, please contact RMSO before the performance. Where possible, RMSO will verify the original purchase and assist with replacement or reissued tickets.

Accessibility
RMSO is committed to making its performances accessible and welcoming to all patrons.

If you require accessible seating or other accommodations, please identify this to volunteers as you arrive and they will find the best option for you.

Children
While children under 12 receive free admission, all patrons, including children, must have a valid ticket. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children attending performances are able to participate respectfully and safely. Respectful behaviour includes dancing in the aisles!

Photography and Recording
RMSO encourages patrons to take photos and short videos during performances and to share their experience on social media. Photography and recording should be discreet and respectful of the musicians and other audience members. Flash photography is not permitted, as it can be distracting to performers. Longer-form video or audio recording is not permitted unless specifically authorized by RMSO.

RMSO may photograph or record performances and related events for archival, promotional or educational purposes. By attending an RMSO event, you acknowledge that you may appear in such photography or recordings.

Weather and Emergencies
RMSO performances may be affected by severe weather, facility closures, public safety concerns or other circumstances beyond RMSO’s control.

If a performance must be cancelled, postponed or relocated, RMSO will communicate available options to ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible.

Admission and Conduct
RMSO reserves the right to refuse admission or remove a patron whose behaviour is disruptive, threatening, abusive or otherwise interferes with the enjoyment or safety of other patrons, performers, volunteers or staff.

Questions About Your Tickets
If you have questions about your tickets or need assistance, please contact RMSO (admin@rmso.ca) before the performance whenever possible.
